Special mention of the attention we received from Gary Clifford, he was prompt in getting back to us, thoughtful in his responses and when we had a machine on lease that was malfunctioning Gary made sure we got a replacement machine on loan.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've used Majestec for many years now. I think we're on our 3rd printer/copier contract with them now. Always very helpful, and prompt at coming back to you. Great that they use their own engineers and don't farm it out to people that don't know you. On the last round they weren't the cheapest compared to others, but I still went with them for their level of service.
