We've used Majestec for many years now. I think we're on our 3rd printer/copier contract with them now. Always very helpful, and prompt at coming back to you. Great that they use their own engineers and don't farm it out to people that don't know you. On the last round they weren't the cheapest compared to others, but I still went with them for their level of service.
